Laravel, the framework Wizards of Web builds with
Laravel is the framework on most of our applications. We still say so when a job should not be Laravel.

Wizards of Web Ltd is a Laravel development company in London. We use Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Vue and Livewire for client applications, admin systems and the private side of public websites. If you already have a Laravel codebase, we can join that project. If you are starting, we will choose Laravel when it is the right tool, and say so when it is not.

The kind of Laravel work

New applications, extra modules on an existing Laravel app, and rebuilds of older PHP that has become hard to change. Livewire is useful when the interface should feel quick without a separate frontend application. Vue is useful when the interface is its own product.

We keep the framework current, the database explicit, and the admin screens something a non-developer can use.

Why companies ask for Laravel

They want a PHP framework with a clear structure, queues, mail, authentication and a path for the next developer. Laravel gives that. The value is still the model of the business, not the framework badge on the proposal.

Working with an existing app

Send the repository, or a description of what is live. We will say whether the next step is a feature, a repair, or a replacement of one part. We do not rewrite a working system for the sake of a newer folder layout.

Questions we get asked

Are you a Laravel development company?

Yes. Wizards of Web Ltd in London builds and extends Laravel applications for UK businesses.

Do you hire out individual Laravel developers?

We take the project. You work with the studio, not with a contractor placed inside your team.

Can you work on our existing Laravel code?

Yes. We read what is there and change the part that is blocking you, whether that is a feature, a bug, or an upgrade.

Do you use Vue or Livewire?

Both. Livewire when the screens belong inside the Laravel app. Vue when the interface deserves its own application.
