Wizards of Web Ltd builds custom CRMs for small businesses in the UK. A CRM here is the place enquiries, customers, quotes and follow-ups live, shaped around your sales process rather than a generic pipeline. We build it with Laravel and MySQL, and we can connect it to the website, email and the other tools you already use.

When a custom CRM is the right call

Off-the-shelf CRMs are right when your sales process is ordinary. A custom CRM is right when staff are keeping the real process in side notes, spreadsheets, or a tool nobody updates.

We write down the stages you actually use, the fields staff need on a call, and who is allowed to see what. Then we build that, and leave out the modules you would never open.

What it usually contains

Contacts and companies, the enquiry source, the next action, quotes, notes, and a simple report of what is waiting. File uploads and an email trail when those are part of the job.

The public website can create the enquiry. The CRM is where someone owns it afterwards.

Small business, not an enterprise rollout

These systems are for a team that can describe its process in one conversation. If you need a CRM for a few people, we will not propose a year-long implementation. If you later need accounts or stock in the same system, that can be a later release.

Questions we get asked

What is custom CRM development?

It is a customer system built around one company’s sales process, instead of configuring a product used by thousands of unrelated businesses.

Do you build CRMs for small businesses?

Yes. The usual client is a small UK team that has outgrown a spreadsheet or a CRM nobody keeps up to date.

Can the website send enquiries into the CRM?

Yes. The site can create the record, and the CRM can hold the follow-up.

Can you connect a CRM we already have?

Yes. If the product is fine and only one connection is missing, we do that as an API integration instead of a new build.
